Third Party Liability (TPL) Representative

This role involves investigating, facilitating, and coordinating benefits for accident claims from auto, home, or other liability insurance policies to resolve claims for patients and hospitals. The representative will research claims, bill carriers, verify data, and coordinate with payors to ensure appropriate filing guidelines are met for reimbursement. The position requires thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication, state lien statutes, and No-Fault laws to determine payment sources and resolve liability cases.
