Thrift Store Warehouse Lead

The Thrift Store Warehouse Lead supports the day-to-day operations of the thrift warehouse by coordinating donation flow, sorting, distribution, and transportation activities. This role provides hands-on guidance and support to volunteers and staff to ensure donated goods are processed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational standards. The position also includes operating a large van to complete donation pickups, transfers, and deliveries between donor locations, stores, the warehouse, and other organization sites.
