The Throughput Manager oversees and optimizes end-to-end patient flow across mental health services, ensuring efficient movement from referral through treatment and revenue cycle readiness. This role provides operational leadership for intake, scheduling, provider capacity, referral conversion, care coordination, and billing throughput, while driving process improvements and supporting organizational growth.
