About this role
Martell Ventures is hiring a Thumbnail Designer to shape the visual first impression of its content, primarily through YouTube thumbnails with additional social and brand design support. The role is focused on creating scalable, high-performing thumbnail systems that drive strong click-through behavior and align with viewer expectations. You’ll work closely with the internal YouTube and creative teams in an in-studio setup based in Kelowna, BC.
