About this role
Martell Ventures is hiring a Thumbnail Designer to own the visual first impression of its content, primarily YouTube thumbnails, with additional social and brand design assets. The role is based in-studio in Kelowna, BC and focuses on creating scalable, high-performing creative that supports click-through and viewer retention. You’ll work closely with the YouTube and broader creative team to support consistent, modern content across platforms.
