Ticket Agent

The Ticket Agent is responsible for setting the first impression of the experience at Old Tucson by efficiently and warmly greeting customers, processing ticket transactions, and directing patrons. This seasonal role requires strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a pleasant demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience. The position involves managing ticketing operations, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and orderly ticketing area.
