The Ticketing Manager leads the day-to-day management of AFC Bournemouth’s Ticket Office, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and an excellent supporter experience. This role involves overseeing ticketing activities across all competitions, balancing supporter needs with commercial objectives, and driving continuous improvement in processes. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Chief Sales Officer to maximize revenue and attendance while maintaining exceptional service delivery.
