Tier 3 Technical Escalation Lead

This role involves delivering fast, reliable, and secure software deployments across high-performance computing environments while orchestrating complex configuration changes and software updates. As the Tier 3 technical escalation lead, you will collaborate with Operations & Maintenance teams to investigate challenging infrastructure issues, uncover root causes, and create automated remediation to strengthen long-term reliability. The position requires a Top Secret clearance and the favorable completion of a polygraph.
