Time Administrator

The Time Administrator serves as the Payroll, Time Labor and Leave Subject Matter Expert for the Health and Specialty Care System Facilities, providing guidance and support to employees, managers, and leadership on timekeeping processes. The role involves coordinating leave requests, entering and approving overtime, reconciling payroll discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and deadlines. Additionally, the position develops training materials and conducts training sessions on timekeeping systems and procedures for new and existing staff.
