Timekeeping Coordinator

The Timekeeping Coordinator supports Fedcap’s Washington, DC TANF Workforce Development program by ensuring the accuracy and compliance of participant timesheets and documentation while facilitating proactive outreach to maintain participant engagement. This role involves reviewing documentation for compliance, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with Case Managers to address participation gaps and barriers. The position requires strong attention to detail and data management skills to support program performance and audit readiness.
