Tire and Project Management Lead

The Tire and Project Management Lead is responsible for leading the integrated management of haulage performance and the lifecycle of autonomous mining truck tires at the Quellaveco copper mine in Peru. This role involves executing technological projects to optimize operations, ensuring reliable data governance, and generating operational intelligence to improve safety, fleet availability, and cost reduction. The position requires managing strategic relationships with suppliers, developing predictive analytics models, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
