Tissue Procurement Trainer

The Tissue Procurement Trainer provides hands-on clinical leadership and real-time training to Tissue Recovery Coordinators, supporting the mission of the Center for Organ Recovery & Education through direct participation in tissue and ocular recovery. This role involves guiding staff on aseptic technique, donor preparation, and documentation standards while serving as Tissue On-Call to independently determine donor eligibility. The position requires a strong background in tissue recovery and organ perfusion, with a focus on staff development and quality improvement.
