Title Agency Manager

The Title Agency Manager directs all operations of the Greenwood office, holding principal accountability for title and closing production, escrow compliance, staffing, client relationships, and financial performance. This role requires an experienced title industry leader to sustain operational excellence while driving business growth. The position involves overseeing title search, examination, commitment, and closing operations, as well as serving as the primary liaison with title underwriters. The manager is also responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team while establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys.
