Title Examiner IV

This position involves examining, determining, and evidencing title to real property or interests therein by investigating public records to ascertain land history and status. The role requires abstracting operative portions of conveyances to record title history and determining ownership along with existing liens and encumbrances. At the IV level, the position also includes supervising employees in the preparation of Title Certificates and reviewing Land Court documents.
