Independence Title
This fully remote role involves conducting thorough title searches and examining public records to assess the status of title for residential Lot/Block properties. The ideal candidate will review title documents, prepare commitments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and underwriter policies. The position requires strong research skills and effective communication with various stakeholders within the title and escrow services team.
We are locally grown and nationally strong, licensed directly in over 40 counties, and supported by every major underwriter in the U.S.
