The Titling Specialist plays a central role in completing the auto refinance process for customers by managing documents and communications to transfer liens accurately across all 50 states. This high-volume, detail-oriented role requires consistency, follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities to directly impact the customer experience. The position involves processing and perfecting liens, communicating with customers and partners, and coordinating with external titling partners.
