TL Maintenance (Supervisor) Night Shift

This role focuses on building a proactive maintenance culture that prioritizes planned and preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime and recurring equipment failures. The supervisor is responsible for managing SAP CMMS records, monitoring labor and material costs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
