Tool and Die Maker Journeyman

The Tool and Die Maker Journeyman supports product development and manufacturing by constructing and repairing progressive dies, machining parts, and making prototypes for a high-volume sheet metal operation. This role involves leading the building of stamping dies, confirming their performance through installation and inspection, and collaborating with design and management teams to resolve issues. The position also includes training helpers and apprentices while maintaining tooling records and ensuring quality control.
