Tool Crib Technician

This role manages, maintains, and issues cutting and forming tooling for the sheet metal fabrication department's CNC laser, punch/laser combination, and press brake equipment. The position is responsible for tool crib organization, tool inspection, coordination of sharpening and procurement, and ensuring operators have the correct, serviceable tooling for each job. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives to reduce tooling changeover time and downtime.
