Tool Designer – Global Support

The Tool Designer – Global Support role is responsible for designing and developing vulcanization molds, tooling, and devices for rubber-to-metal components, including creating new tooling and production concepts. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure process-capable part design and cost-effective tool design using modern manufacturing processes and industry standards. The role requires managing dynamic priorities and challenging project timelines while working with global stakeholders across Europe and the Americas.
