About this role

The Tool & Die Maker at Challenge Manufacturing troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs dies, die components, and production tooling used in the automotive manufacturing process. The role works from specifications and blueprints to fabricate and repair tooling, ensuring parts conform to required dimensions and quality standards. This position is a Z shift (6PM–6AM, Friday–Sunday) based at the Holland, MI plant.
