Tool Room Supervisor

The Tool Room Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of the tooling department supporting repair and overhaul of turbine jet engine components in a modern, climate-controlled aerospace MRO facility. This role combines hands-on machining work with supervisory responsibilities to ensure tooling, fixtures, and equipment are developed, maintained, and utilized effectively. The position ensures safe, efficient execution of scheduled work while meeting departmental quality and delivery standards. It also interfaces closely with engineering, R&D, and training personnel to support new repair development and employee skill growth.
