Tooling Designer

The Tooling Designer plays a key role in developing and optimizing plastic injection molds, bridging engineering and production to translate product requirements into practical, high-performing tooling designs. This position focuses on creating reliable and efficient molds that support stable production, consistent quality, and long-term tool life. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, toolmakers, and production teams from early design stages through mold trials and production ramp-up.
