Tooling Engineer

The role focuses on designing and developing new tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes, collaborating with production and R&D teams to optimize existing tooling, and managing tooling inventory and maintenance. The engineer conducts root cause analysis of tooling failures, selects appropriate materials and methods, and maintains detailed documentation of designs and specifications.
