Tooling Engineer

The Molding Tooling Engineer owns injection-molded parts from design feasibility through tool build and validation, serving as the technical link between product engineers, external tool makers, and program managers. This role ensures tools are manufacturable, delivered on time, and compliant with internal standards while managing design reviews, build plans, and tool trials. The position involves validating tools, providing regular reporting on progress and risks, and supporting cost calculations for new opportunities.
