PLASKOLITE
The Tooling Lead oversees daily toolmaking activities, including setup, maintenance, repair, and changeovers, to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing operations at Plaskolite. This role provides technical leadership to the tooling team, collaborates with production, maintenance, and engineering, and supports continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
