About this role

The Tooling Maintenance Lead is responsible for executing and overseeing daily mold maintenance and changeover operations, ensuring molds are disassembled, cleaned, inspected, reassembled, and staged efficiently. The role also serves as a technical mentor, leading and training Machinist III team members while collaborating with molding and press-side teams to support production schedules.
