Tooling Supervisor

The Tooling Supervisor oversees Tool and Die Makers and Trainees at Battle Creek Seating Component, ensuring tooling operations meet production schedules and machine utilization targets. The role supports training of trainees and coordinates with engineering and vendors to satisfy tooling and product design requirements. The position reports to the Press Room Manager and focuses on maintaining tooling reliability and compliance with industry standards.
