Tooling Technician

This role involves performing all jobs associated with tooling, including preparing, setting up, and maintaining tooling and parts required for changeovers. The position requires establishing records for tooling, sizing sleeves, barrels, and screws, while maintaining and controlling the quality of tooling and its shipment. The individual will also be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining die heads, die tooling, and belling heads, as well as assisting with changeovers and performing preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
