Tooling Technician

The Tooling Technician performs duties related to manufacturing processes, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment and CNC cutting tool assemblies to ensure quality and efficient production in a safe work environment. The role involves maintaining and repairing backup tools, utilizing pre-setter equipment for tool assemblies, and assisting in new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. The technician also prepares training aids, conducts process trials, and ensures compliance with safety and 5S standards in the tool room.
