The Toolsetter/Operator for IMEX Extrusion on the 2nd shift will set up, operate, and adjust cold forming and supplementary machinery to produce aluminum and steel products. This role involves diagnosing and resolving tooling difficulties, performing quality inspections, and maintaining safe and orderly work practices. The position requires mechanical experience and a commitment to lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate cold forming machinery to produce aluminum and steel products
Diagnose and remedy operating and tooling difficulties to ensure proper machine operation
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers and sizing gauges to ensure quality
