Tortillería Department Operator

The role is responsible for maintaining and operating the tortillería department, including cooking nixtamal, operating the mill, packaging tortillas, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards. The associate will also handle raw material supply, assist with training, and support overall production operations while providing courteous customer service.
