About this role

Genesys is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Project Manager to lead the execution of strategic initiatives across global Benefits, Compensation, and Equity programs. Reporting to the SVP of Total Rewards, this role serves as the primary execution lead, ensuring complex, cross-functional projects are well-planned, coordinated, and successfully delivered. The position involves partnering with leaders across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and IT to manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive the implementation of key organizational changes.

Responsibilities

Lead execution and delivery of multiple concurrent Total Rewards projects
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and risk logs
Coordinate activities across cross-functional stakeholders including HR and Finance
Prepare executive presentations and dashboards to support decision-making
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve operational effectiveness
