About this role

The Foreman oversees all aspects of wireless tower construction and maintenance at assigned job sites for InfraServices. This role is a hands-on field leader who manages tower crews, coordinates resources, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and customer standards. The position involves extensive work at heights on communication towers, frequent travel, and responsibility for site organization and reporting. The Foreman also plays a key role in training, mentoring, and evaluating tower technicians at all levels.
