The Tower Technician III serves as the lead climber and primary technical resource on the crew, acting as the Foreman’s right hand in the field. This role is responsible for executing the most technical aspects of tower installation, including antenna alignment, advanced rigging, and RF/fiber testing, while ensuring the crew operates safely, efficiently, and to specification.
