Track and Trace Coordinator

The Track and Trace Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in Mexico, as well as internal and external carriers and drivers. The role tracks and traces shipments, processes EDI, updates transportation management systems, and resolves complex problems while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service. This on‑site position works standard M‑F, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. hours in Jacksonville, FL and requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
