Tractor Technician Trainee

The Tractor Technician Trainee will work under close supervision to learn foundational knowledge of shop tools, equipment, safety procedures, and J.B. Hunt policies. The role focuses on shadowing experienced technicians to perform air brake system repairs, FHWA inspections, and routine preventative maintenance while maintaining professional communication with staff and customers. The position requires full‑time attendance, the ability to work outdoors and across various shifts, and may involve overtime.
