Tractor Trailer Operator

The Tractor Trailer Operator is responsible for operating tractor-trailer units to service interplant or outside warehouse needs while ensuring the safekeeping of merchandise during transit. The role involves performing pre-trip inspections, maintaining vehicle fluids and components, and assisting with loading or off-loading trailers as necessary. The operator also serves as a local yard driver, moving trailers in and out of dock areas, and acts as a backup for yard drivers in the Shipping department. Additionally, the position requires operating power trucks in the Receiving & Stores department and fulfilling duties as a Material Handler when needed.
