Responsibilities

Generate and validate Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists for international shipments

Coordinate with Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely clearance
Maintain shipment records and documentation databases for accuracy
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports on shipment progress
