Trade Contract Operations Manager

This role oversees full operational control and end-to-end contract entry and issuance activities while managing talent acquisition, optimization, and retention. The position requires championing workload distribution to deliver Global KPIs for Trade Contracts and providing end-to-end visibility of Commodity value chains to define or change the operation model as needed. The role involves supporting budget planning, monitoring daily contract activities, and ensuring the successful management and rollout of global projects like CLM and DocuSign. Additionally, the role includes handling critical issues, providing process transitions, and ensuring compliance with SOX and other statutory requirements.
