Trade Counter Manager

The Trade Counter Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and growth of the trade counter, combining customer service, technical product advice, sales, and operational responsibilities. This hands-on role involves building strong relationships with trade and domestic customers, providing accurate quotes for uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and associated products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to order.
