Trade Desk Representative - Inbound Phone Representative/Inbound Chat and Email Representative

The Trade Desk Representative will provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support to tastytrade customers via phone, chat, and email. The role involves assisting customers with complex option order execution, analyzing positions, and recommending strategies while identifying their needs as self‑directed investors. This is an in‑person, full‑time position based in Chicago, IL, requiring FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 certification.
