Trade Supervisor

The Trade Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for trade customers, primarily plumbers and electricians, on the Trade Sales Counter to ensure they receive the necessary products and support for their projects. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving sales through advice and engagement, and taking ownership of key performance indicators such as sales growth and customer acquisition. Additionally, the supervisor guides and coaches the team to deliver excellent service and uphold the store's reputation.
