Trademark Attorney

The firm is seeking a trademark associate for its Denver office to handle trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and related intellectual property matters, including litigation before the TTAB and courts, licensing, due diligence, and domain name issues. Candidates should have four to six years of trademark experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and preferably Colorado bar admission.
