About this role

The Trading Operations Specialist at Keyrock manages digital asset and fiat trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing in coordination with internal and external counterparties. This role involves trade reconciliation, treasury management, and asset rebalancing across CEXs and DEXs, as well as supporting trading desks with banking operations and margin tracking. The position requires at least 3 years of experience in trading operations, preferably in crypto, along with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital assets. Familiarity with Python and SQL is a plus as the specialist will also work on streamlining reporting and operational processes.
