Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting)
- 3+ years of prior experience in a collateral management or risk clearing function
- 3+ years of prior trading and/or trading operations experience
- Experience working in a crypto or traditional finance banking environment
- Knowledge and understanding of financial products including spot and derivative instruments
- Understanding the function of exchanges, clearing houses, initial & variation margin
