Bachelors degree or higher in Finance or related fieldsExperience supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) such as Fidessa, GL OMS, or Bloomberg OMSExperience supporting traders in an Institutional Equities environmentExcellent understanding of the Cash Equity businessStrong knowledge of exchange rules across major Asian markets
