Traditions Assistant

The Traditions Assistant role introduces new Cast Members, Crew Members, and Imagineers to the culture and heritage of The Walt Disney Company. This position involves delivering a full day of content through in-person classes and in-park experiences to inspire a sense of belonging and purpose. The role focuses on educating participants on creating magical Disney memories and understanding the company's unique Guest service experience.
