Traffic Assistant

The Traffic Assistant supports daily transportation and logistics operations by coordinating shipping documentation, maintaining records, and communicating with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery information flow. This role is critical for processing MTRs, Bills of Lading, COD documentation, and carrier payment paperwork while providing accurate delivery status updates. The position requires maintaining organized electronic records and assisting with purchase orders and administrative support for the Traffic Department.
