Traffic Control Flagger

Q3 Contracting is seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers to manage traffic through active construction zones and ensure work areas remain safe and organized. This role involves controlling vehicular traffic flow, setting up and dismantling traffic control devices, and communicating clearly with crew members and the public. The position is based out of the Minnesota office with projects throughout Wisconsin, requiring some overnight travel.
